We use the information we collect to operate and grow our community, including to communicate with you about events and programming, send newsletters and updates via email through Mailchimp, deliver text message updates and alerts through SimpleTexting, manage event registration and ticketing through Luma, personalize your community experience, process transactions and send related information, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
We use the following third-party services to operate our community. Each service has its own privacy practices:
Mailchimp (Intuit) — We use Mailchimp to manage our email subscriber list and send newsletters, event announcements, and community updates. When you subscribe to our emails, your email address and name are stored on Mailchimp's servers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. SimpleTexting — We use SimpleTexting to send SMS/text message communications, including event reminders, community updates, and time-sensitive announcements. When you opt in to text messages, your phone number is stored by SimpleTexting. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Luma — We use Luma to manage event registration, ticketing, and event-related communications. When you register for an Off Grid event, your registration information is processed and stored by Luma. Luma's privacy policy is available at lu.ma/legal/privacy-policy.
Our website and third-party services may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic, remember preferences, and measure the effectiveness of our communications. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
